“I love living here! It is located right next to the East Pikes Peak library and George Fellows park, between Academy and Union. The rent is very reasonable considering the location. These buildings are a little older, but the management does upgrades when possible and the units are well maintained. It is a very quiet community and while you may not have a view of the mountains from your patio, there are lots of trees that contribute to the serene surroundings. The office staff is so friendly; they all know you by name, and my maintenance requests were addressed the next day. I could go on all day about the reasons I love Windtree!”

I'm fairly certain the kitchen and laundry room appliances were all brand new, and maintenance responded to a leaky water faucet and jammed garbage disposal in a few days.
